Jill Voyles, proprietor of Sol Mountain Movement, offers Pilates, Sol, Yoga and Thai Healing sessions to her clients. She is available for private, duet, trio, and quartet sessions. Providing sessions in your home or at a local studio, Jill also teaches classes and workshops throughout the St. Louis community and now, Gunnison Valley, Colorado. With the seasonal retreat.
Her passion is movement, with a strong belief  that movement is our medicine. We have an innate ability to heal ourselves. By tapping into the body, and connecting deeper into our intuition. We are guided onto our true path. Everything we truly desire and want is hovering above us in our auric energy field. The more that we tap in to that intuition, the more it drops in to our path. By leveling up our self-worth. We can manifest the life that we desire. 
Jill also has a passion for human design and offers readings for your specific chart.
Jill enjoys working with people of all ability including children, people new to the practices and seasoned Pilates and Yoga practitioners alike.

Breath is the quickest way to connect to the present moment.

Jill offers private Yin and Restorative Sessions.  Jill's passion is offering small group immersions focusing you attention inward to remove blocks, tapping into your highest self worth and unveil your authentic being. These are 90  min - two hour healing sessions with a combination of pranayama, mudras, restorative movement positions, body work, guided meditation and journal prompts.

Thai Healing/ Coaching The Body

Remediation of Pain

Thai Healing is given on a bed of healing amethyst crystals and infrared heat. There is constant body contact between the practitioner and client, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to clear energy blockages and relieve tension.

Coaching the body sessions are for acute and chronic pain. This a state-of-the-art approach that combines mat-based bodywork, trigger point therapy and cutting-edge insights from neuroscience to eliminate pain at the source.

Sol is an infrared heated, music driven,  soulful workout

. Sol movement class you can expect to speed up + amplify the production of oxytocin + endorphins leaving you with an all over feeling of sweaty joy. The spine is rung out, the arms are challenged, the use of light hand weights + ankle weights give the legs, core, + body just enough feedback to fire giving a sense of full body burn. The music is emotive + heart opening. Sol class is paired with a soulful playlist that evokes spirit, emotion, grit, power, redemption, prayer, ceremony, celebration...As Gabrielle Roth says, “The only way out is through.”
