How is Ease & Grace
Healing Arts different from other fitness studios?

I have have experience with a variety of clients from NFL athletes, young professional swimmers, rehab clients, athletic woman, teenagers and senior citizens.

Whatever your needs are, I can tailor a session just for you! If you don't feel comfortable in a studio atmosphere, I will come to your home and help you find your bodies ease and grace.

Do I have to bring any equipment with me?

No, I will bring everything you need. It is advisable to wear loose comfortable clothing for yoga and Thai Healing sessions. For Pilates sessions, you will be most comfortable in form fitting clothing such as compression pants and a fitted tank top.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

If you are wondering about a nutritional plan to go with your practices, please feel free to ask me. I have some great recommendations to keep your health on track.
